The 30-Day Action Guarantee

We believe in The Cleaning System USA so strongly that we back every purchase with a 30-Day Action Guarantee. Take the steps outlined in the system โ€” and if you don't get your first client within 30 days, we'll refund every penny.

How the Guarantee Works

This is not a "no questions asked" guarantee. We stand behind our system, and we want to make sure it's working for you. To qualify for a refund under the 30-Day Action Guarantee, you must:

  1. Have purchased The Business Playbook within the last 30 days
  2. Have posted at least one listing on Facebook Marketplace
  3. Have set up or begun setting up your Google Business Profile
  4. Have sent at least one quote to a prospect using the system
  5. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date with proof of the above steps

We'll review your submission within 2 business days. If you've taken the action and still haven't gotten a client, we'll issue a full refund โ€” no questions asked beyond the steps above.

What's Not Covered

  • Monthly Content Membership ($27/mo) โ€” subscriptions are non-refundable once the monthly content drop has been delivered. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • GHL Snapshot ($497) โ€” non-refundable once the snapshot file has been delivered and imported into your GoHighLevel account.
  • GHL Hosted Subcuenta ($97/mo) โ€” non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access being revoked and dispute fees being applied.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@thecleaningsystemusa.com with the subject line "Refund Request โ€” [your name]" and include:

  • Your full name and email used to purchase
  • Order number or receipt
  • Screenshots or description of the action steps you completed

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days and appear on your original payment method via Stripe.
